The ScottCare Corporation announced the newest version of its multi-parameter telemetry solution, TeleRehab VersaCare 2.1, which is the industry’s first Windows 7-based cardiopulmonary rehab telemetry system and includes direct integration with the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation's (AACVPR) Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Data Registry.
The American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) recently announced an expected release date of June 2012 for the National Cardiac Rehabilitation Registry. As stated on the AACVPR web site, the registry will provide cardiac rehabilitation programs with national outcomes data for benchmarking and demonstrate the positive impact of cardiac rehabilitation on the morbidity, mortality, physical function, and quality of life of heart patients across the United States.
